RCSEd/CSHK Conjoint Scientific Congress 2021
“Emerging Technology for Surgery”
11 - 12 September 2021

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong are pleased to present the Conjoint Scientific Congress to be held on 11 - 12 September 2021 (Saturday and Sunday) at Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building, 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong. With the theme “Emerging Technology for Surgery”, the Congress will consist of symposia, oral free paper, motion picture, and poster sessions.

Under the COVID-19 challenges, the Congress is going to a new mode which combines online and physical participation. Onsite participation complying with epidemic prevention regulations would be available on first-come-first-served basis through pre-registration. For non-local participants, you are welcome to participate in the Congress virtually.

Distinguished speakers from various specialties would be invited to share with us their expertise. The guidelines for abstract and surgical grand round case submission are described in the enclosed leaflet. Online submission is now opened and available through the Congress website. Please note that online registration for the Congress will open on 24 May 2021. Please register on or before 6 August 2021 if you prefer onsite participation. Due to limited seats, registrants would be converted to online participation if the quota for onsite participation is full. Registrants could attend the Congress online only if they register after 6 August 2021. The participation type of all registrants will be confirmed in due course. Please note that no refund will be given on this occasion.
